Catering Menus

Call (403)-885-6434) or email (catering@millyoak.com) with your inquiry, secure a date, and then proceed to choose one of our menus or ask for us to custom build you a menu that meets all your requirements. Our catering team will walk you through our catering services options.

How much Notice do I need to give?

While we try to accommodate all requests we do encourage 48 hours notice for all bookings and changes to orders.

How do I Pay?

You will be emailed an invoice following your event. You can pay at Milly Oak Café & Catering location or credit card over the phone. We accept Interact, Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard. A 2.5% processing fee may be added to invoices over $1000.00 when paying with credit card. A 2% / month interest charge will appear on all overdue invoices. All orders placed for delivery on a Sunday or Statutory holiday are subject to a 15% surcharge. All pricing does not include GST or gratuity.

Gratuity Policy

As a convenience, a 15% gratuity will be added to the invoice.

Ordering Guidelines

To ensure availability we encourage you to place orders 48 hours in advance. Please make sure you have your address, email address and a phone number that we can reach you at if we have any questions and for invoicing.

Allergies

Please advise us of any allergies your guests may have. We will make every effort to provide alternatives and to label food upon your request.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or you will be charged a 50% of your order cost. Notice of less than 12 hours will result in a full charge of the order cost.
