Derek, his daughter, April, and son, Oscar. We’re so excited to share our love for great food and community with you!

For Derek, opening Milly Oak has been a lifelong dream. As an experienced chef, he’s passionate about creating delicious dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. His dedication to quality cooking is the heart of our cafe.

April, and Oscar are thrilled to be along for the journey, cheering him on!

  • This Place Stood Out • Friends I was impressed by the variety of dessert offerings. I was very pleased with the one I chose. But what stood out for me was the exceptionally warm service. Our table was visited several times, not just to see if we had enough food but for some banter. Most of the tables were being used when we were there but we were still valued enough to have conversation with.
